Easter'ing' and other stuff

Sometimes I like to stare at pictures. I know that a couple of you that actually come here every so often, want to see pictures, so here are a few we've taken recently. Bradyn is nice to Brylee. I think he gets it, but he doesn't understand how fragile she is sometimes.

Bradyn was so good at egg hunting, he found a big brown one with spikes all over it.
Mom Evans was trying to get rid of Bradyn I think, and let him walk up the freeway...
well, actually it's our dirt road, but it's a nice pic.
Them two...
It was a bit hectic, but things are normalizing. Mom Evans, Mom Wren, and Jeanann's brother all came since the baby was born. It's just us today for the first time really, in awhile. It sucks though cuz we both have homework to do. I have finals to prepare for, reports to write... we're leaving for Florida on the 28 of May, just a week after finals. It's a little stressful to think about, but it's impossible to not think about it with everything that needs to get done.

Jeanann is recovering, but she's still not 100%. She's probably 60% or so, and it'll be awhile till she's back completely. She's bartering some sublease deal for when we get there, so it'll be nice to have our own place right away.

University of Florida lost all my transcripts! (reminding me of something else I need to do) So I resent them all, and I need to call to make sure things are in order since they've started the process of sorting and making decisions. If I don't get in, it'd suck. with 90 units or so, any more community college is a waste of time, and getting that B.A. degree is a huge goal of mine. That and I still have Army funding to collect to go to school, and I'd hate to waste it in community college. I feel positive about getting in, it's just a question of if it'll be in my time frame (summer) or theirs. I plan to take a paralegal course while working on the B.A. degree. I may switch to political science or something. I chose Anthropology to study people and culture, but the classes I'm in now are looking at bones, evolution, and genetics. Interesting, but not necessarily what I was looking to devote my mind to. The forensic anthropology stuff kind of is, if I end up working in law... but... who knows about that. I can only hope to find a good fulfilling job working in law... If I hope in one hand, and shit in the other, I'd just be another guy holding a pile of my own shit.
Well, I've invested some money and hope to invest some more. I'm interested in that stuff, if any of you research companies and that sort of thing, you should send me a message or something. I'm gonna start paper trading with commodoties and currency, and give up video games (like I have time to play em anyways).

Going to San Diego with Matt and Mandy in a few weeks... I can't wait to build a sand castle.. it's just what me and Bradyn need...

Hospital

Update: at UCDavis Medical Center room 3772, phone - call jeanann's cell 916 492 1527. They plan to check her here in a bit, but the drugs are beginning to work pretty well. They're working Jeanann to get her to birth. They have free Wi-Fi, which is kind of nice. I thought I'd keep posting stuff on here. Here she is in the room. about 5pm.

Mmmmm Clear liquid diet. Good thing her supportive husband has brought her other food she's asked for.

Induction Date

So the wait is finally almost over! I am scheduled to be induced at 8am this Saturday...and I'm hopeful that I can actually get a VBAC this time. Can't wait to meet Brylee and I'm tired of being pregnant! This is my first time posting on our blog (sad, I know) I will try to get better at it and help Nate keep it updated. Now I need to figure out how to post pictures.
I added this picture I took the other morning of the yard.
